Upload either sheet as CSV. Re-uploading the same file updates existing rows instead of duplicating them, and matching re-runs automatically.
Purchase list
The enrolment export — one row per course purchase. This is the master list the portal reports against.
Expected columns: Email, Name, Mobile, Enrolled Type, Product Title, Enrolled On, Purchased On, Address, Pincode, State, Country
Shipment export
The courier shipment export. It carries the AWB, the live delivery status and the attempt history, so importing it also updates where each parcel is.
Expected columns: shipmentId, orderNumber, awbNumber, status, courierName, shippingAddress.*, deliveredDate, attemptCount, products.N.*
